The same content as the in-game Help, kept in sync with every update.

Goal

Bacteria and viruses come down from the top of the screen. The immune cells placed in the sockets below the Immune Barrier (the teal line) attack automatically.

Defeat them all before the barrier's HP hits 0 to clear the stage! Bacteria get stronger with each stage.

If the barrier falls, use a revive (heart) or try again. Tap Give Up to return to the main screen at that stage with no penalty.

Boss stages

A small virus appears every 5 stages, a mid-boss every 10, and a giant virus every 100.

Tap a boss in the lineup on the main screen to see its traits, and the power gauge below tells you in advance whether your cells can win.

Using the boss's matching vaccine deals 3× damage and even blocks its gimmicks.

8 immune cells

Each cell attacks differently. Mix physical (Neutrophil · Macrophage · Platelet · RBC) and chemical (NK · B Cell · Killer T · Plasma) cells.

NeutrophilPhysical

The first white blood cell on the scene. Rapid-fires bactericidal granules.

★ Ultimate · NET Release — 5x fire rate for 6s

MacrophagePhysical

Engulfs nearby bacteria all at once with its pseudopods. 6-shot close-range spread.

★ Ultimate · Phago Wave — AoE damage + knockback (up to 2/3 of the screen)

NK CellChemical

Natural Killer cell. Perforin chains between bacteria.

★ Ultimate · Cytokine Storm — hits every enemy on screen

B CellChemical

Antibody missiles home in on high-HP enemies for AoE blasts. Less damage farther from the center.

★ Ultimate · Antibody Rain — 24 antibodies over 4s

Killer T CellChemical

A granzyme beam pierces everything in a straight line, all the way off-screen.

★ Ultimate · Granzyme Beam — focused beam deals 8× damage for 5 sec

PlasmaChemical

A plasma wave laced with clotting factors. Slows nearby enemies by 50% + halves ranged bacteria fire rate.

★ Ultimate · Clot Wave — freezes every enemy on screen for 6s

PlateletPhysical

A swarm of active platelets clumps in a fibrin net at the impact point, spinning for 2.5s and shredding any bacteria it touches.

★ Ultimate · Thrombus Storm — summons 3 giant platelet swarms for 8s

Red Blood CellPhysical

Launches oxygen-packed red blood cells for AoE hits at the impact point.

★ Ultimate · Oxygen Barrage — 16 RBCs over 4s

Cell settings (in battle)

Tap a placed cell during battle to open its settings. You can set auto/manual ultimate · attack ON/OFF · targeting (nearest · boss · highest HP …) for each cell.

The Target button at the bottom left sets targeting for all cells at once. While it is on it overrides individual settings, and settings carry over to the next stage.

When the finger hint appears in your first battle, tap that cell. You can replay the hint from Settings ▸ Replay tutorial.

Getting & placing cells

Buy cells with Gold in Upgrade ▸ Add Cell. The more cells you have, the more the next one costs.

In the Cell Upgrade · Deploy tab, drag cells to move them between sockets or swap them. Keep unused cells in the Storage Room.

You start with 8 sockets and can open more one at a time in the Shop, up to 16.

Upgrade · Evolution · Mutation

Upgrading with Gold raises damage, and cells evolve every 10 levels, changing their look and gaining damage/attack-speed bonuses. Range can be upgraded separately.

Learn per-cell skills with Diamonds: in Upgrade·Deploy Cells, tap a cell and expand Skills under its card. The Passive Skills tab holds barrier and shared skills.

At LV 50 you can try a Mutation with Z-Lines and Diamonds. On success the cell grows tentacles and can level up to LV 60. On failure the level stays.

Each mutated cell grows tentacles with its own shape and function. Tentacles only work in row 1 (sockets 1–8) and switch off in row 2 — choosing which mutated cells go in row 1 is the strategy.

Battle controls

Tap a cell to fire its charged Ultimate. Set it to auto in the cell panel and it will use it by itself.

The Target button at the bottom left changes the firing priority of all cells for this stage (Nearest to barrier · Boss focus · Attacking enemies · Lowest HP).

Tap the vaccines and panacea on the right when you need them. The panacea fully restores the barrier.

The top buttons toggle game speed and ad-based 2× Gold (180 sec).

Use Attack ON/OFF at the bottom right to stop or resume all cells at once. The 🔊 button at the top toggles sound instantly.

If a call comes in or you switch apps during battle, the game pauses. Come back and tap Resume to continue.

Bacteria traits

Tap a bacterium in the lineup on the main screen to see its traits.

A thick cell wall reduces physical damage, and drug resistance reduces chemical damage. Attack with the other type.

Some bacteria split, some use ranged attacks, and some heal those around them. Take out healers first.

Currencies

Gold — earned by defeating bacteria and clearing stages; used to buy and upgrade cells and the barrier.

Diamonds — earned from bosses, daily gifts and more; used for skills, revives, mutations and the Shop.

Z-Line — mutation material. Guaranteed from large viruses every 100 stages; 10% from mid-bosses every 10 stages; 20% from large bacteria in Mass Outbreaks.

Repeat · growth tips

If you get stuck, replay cleared stages from the Stage Map to farm Gold and upgrade your cells before trying again. Replayed stages give fewer Diamonds.

Barrier upgrades can go up to the number of stages you've cleared.

When a Daily Gift event is running, claim it every day from 🎁 Daily Gift on the main screen. Your 3 free revives refill at your first login each day.

Every 7th stage, Mass Outbreak, mixes in medium and large bacteria. Medium: 3× Gold and a 10% chance of 20 Diamonds. Large: 10× Gold, a 50% chance of 100 Diamonds and a 20% chance of a Z-Line. Chances are halved on replays.

Account · saving

Progress is saved to the account you log in with. With a Google account you can continue anywhere, on PC or phone.

Guest progress lives only on this device. Use Settings ▸ Account ▸ Link Google account and your guest progress moves to the Google account as is.

Each account has its own progress. Logging in with another account starts from that account's progress.

Gifts and notices from the team arrive in Mail on the main screen. You can also Contact Support from the Mailbox, and replies come by mail.

Weekly League

In league weeks, a Weekly League button appears on the main screen. Compete for points from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 22:00 (KST); Diamonds arrive by mail on Monday by ranking.

There are 10 leagues by best stage, every 100 stages (Rookie ~ Immune King). Higher leagues give bigger rewards. Each league is split into rooms of 50 for ranking.

Draw cards from capsules, build a 6-card deck (3 front · 3 back) and pick an opponent for an automatic battle. Beating harder opponents gives 1.5× · 2× points, and win streaks add a bonus. When you have 2 · 4 · 8 · 16 copies of a card, use Upgrade to raise its ★; after that every 32 copies turns a star red (up to 10 levels).

Cards and scores reset every week. Tickets and capsule tokens refill daily, and you can get a few more with ads or Diamonds.

After stage 800 · Elite section

From stage 801 a microscope jamming zone appears at the top. It starts at 1.5 cm, moves down a little every second and covers half the screen after 10 seconds, staying until the stage ends. Enemies inside cannot be seen, so cells cannot attack them (piercing, AoE, ultimates and vaccines don't work either); they take damage only after leaving it.

Every 10 stages (x1 · x6) a variant virus appears and buffs nearby germs — Shield (5s immunity, removed by the COVID vaccine) · Stealth (2s latent) · Healing (8%/s) · Jamming (silences a cell for 3s) · Absorbing (damage taken heals nearby germs). Defeating a variant gives 40 Diamonds + 1 Z-line.

Chimera X, the stage-1000 boss, summons earlier bosses every 10s, uses Shield → Latent → Reflect at 75 · 50 · 25% HP, and absorbs its summons to heal at 30%. It is immune to critical hits and never takes more than 3% of its max HP in one hit.

Clear stage 1000 and a To the elite stages button appears at the end of the stage map. From 1001 every enemy is elite (5× HP and attack, 2.5× rewards) and variants come in pairs.
